Key responsibilities and daily practice:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, risk evaluations, and strengths-based planning to inform individualized treatment goals for clients facing behavioral health challenges.
- Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation support, coordinating with emergency services when needed.
