This is a local travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care setting beginning 10/19/2026 for several weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift. Weekly pay range: $1,815–$1,951 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments and nursing care planning.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately per facility policy.
- Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in resident condition, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with CNAs and support staff to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life for residents.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of care provided and changes in patients’ status.
- Initiate and participate in care planning, including updates to plans of care as resident needs evolve.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- 1+ year of RN clinical experience; long-term care or geriatrics experience preferred
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and documentation accuracy
- Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment
