CT Technologist – Radiology Tech in Cumming, Georgia. Start date: 07/13/2026. Travel assignment for 13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $2,101–$2,265. Shift: 12-hour nights, 2x3 schedule. Setting: hospital imaging department. This assignment supports inpatient and outpatient CT imaging in a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging examinations according to department protocols to ensure diagnostic quality and patient safety
- Operate CT scanners, including Siemens Edge Plus, Definition AS, and Force models
- Prepare and administer contrast media using the Bayer Medrad injector under physician orders
- Position patients, monitor care, and maintain comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
- Verify patient data and study details in the Cerner system; document SBAR communications as needed
- Support a high-volume workflow in a 24-hour department with both inpatient and outpatient cases
- Assist with a variety of CT procedures, including Angio Coronary studies, biopsies, abscess drains, Pre-Watchman protocols, and ablation protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience in a hospital/clinical setting
- Ability to work in a high-volume, 24-hour imaging department
- Proficiency with CT imaging protocols, image quality optimization, and patient care during scanning
- Experience with contrast administration and connected equipment (e.g., Bayer Medrad injector)
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule (12-hour nights) and to participate in weekend coverage if needed
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to travel for a travel assignment
