Responsibilities
- Deliver Physical Therapy Assistant services under licensed PT supervision; implement and monitor treatment plans

- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust interventions as outlined in the plan of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes to the rehab team; ensure patient safety and infection control
- Manage equipment and supplies; support daily operations and safety checks
- Description: Agencies must have NM caregivers account cirsis rate
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Mexico or eligibility as required
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Ability to work in a long-term acute care / skilled nursing setting
- Availability to start on 10/19/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Ability to work the scheduled shift (08:00–16:30, five days per week)
