Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) – Ultrasound Tech needed for a travel assignment in Roswell, New Mexico. Start date: 08/17/2026. Assignment duration: weeks. Shift: Days, 5x8. Weekly pay: $1,745-$1,797 per week. This setting includes outpatient imaging and obstetrics services within a hospital environment. This travel opportunity accepts first-time travelers. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted. NM license (or Compact) pending accepted but must be active before start. National certification in hand is required (examples: ARDMS, ARRT). Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience with OB/outpatient experience preferred. Orientation is provided onsite with modules completed during onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Perform obstetric scans (1st–3rd trimester) including fetal anatomy survey, measurements, and cord Doppler as protocol requires
- Conduct abdomen/pelvic imaging (liver, spleen, gallbladder, kidneys, bladder) and transvaginal studies
- Image small parts and superficial structures (thyroid, breast, testicular) as indicated
- Support procedures and prenatal/maternal-fetal imaging needs (e.g., cyst aspirations, related imaging guidance)
- Document findings and ensure accurate, timely charting; maintain equipment and uphold safety and quality standards
- Float to like units within scope as needed and participate in unit orientation and onboarding modules

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience
- OB/outpatient imaging experience required
- Current national ultrasound certification in hand (e.g., ARDMS, ARRT)
- License: New Mexico license or Compact license pending accepted, but must be active before start
- Ability to work in outpatient imaging and obstetric settings; able to float to like units as needed
- Must obtain NM license (or Compact) prior to start if not already active
