Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care | Day shifts

About the Role
Are you an experienced Travel CNA looking for your next assignment in Brentwood, NH? We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment, supporting residents with chronic conditions and ensuring their daily comfort, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Care & Mobility: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and transfer/ambulation.
Vital Signs & Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, monitor fluid intake/output, and document changes in physical or emotional condition.
Care Plan Execution: Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and therapists to follow individual care plans and assist with routine procedures or therapy setups.
EMR Documentation: Maintain prompt, accurate documentation of all care provided in the facility’s electronic medical records system.
Safety & Support: Maintain a clean, infection-controlled, and respectful environment while offering emotional support to residents and their families.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; successful completion of a state-approved CNA program with competency evaluation.
Licensure: Active CNA certification in good standing (NH state certification or compact equivalence).
Certifications: Active CPR / BLS certification.
Experience: Proven experience delivering resident-focused care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
Skills: Strong observational skills, clear communication, and demonstrated flexibility across varied shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with fall prevention programs or basic wound care support
Strong knowledge of current infection control practices
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages)
