Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care traveling assignment in Claremont, New Hampshire, United States. Start date 06/16/2026 for 13 weeks, with weekly pay between $1,580 and $1,621. Evening shift (5x8). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This assignment has no guaranteed hours. The role requires the nurse to have own transportation due to a rural location with limited housing options.

Responsibilities
- Observe each resident continuously, report changes to the Supervisor, and provide a detailed handoff to the on-coming shift.
- Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders; administer medications and treatments and document in MARs/TARs and the electronic system.
- Supervise LNA staff within nursing practice guidelines; assign care, monitor performance, and assist staff as needed; uphold infection control and unit cleanliness.
- Accompany physicians on rounds, address resident medical needs on the assigned unit, and facilitate communication during reviews.
- Manage unit operations during shift: admissions, discharges, transfers, 24-hour unit reports, and coordination with the Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor regarding resident issues.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- IV certification required or must be willing to obtain during onboarding
- BLS (AHA) certification
- COVID-19 vaccination required (declinations not accepted)
- Minimum 3+ years of current nursing experience within the last 6 months
- Willingness to float to units where experienced; locals within 50 miles will not be accepted
