Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN license
- Monitor, document, and report residents’ vital signs and condition changes
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Assist with activities of daily living and support resident safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate charting and compliant documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Relevant experience in long-term care or acute post-acute settings preferred
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Adaptability to a travel assignment and new team environments
