Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse - ER position in Concord, NH, starting 05/11/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $2,234–$2,423 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift is 12-hour Days on a 12x3 schedule in a hospital setting as a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients across a broad age range from newborns to geriatrics, with no OB cases included
- Triage, assess, stabilize, and manage patients with acute presentations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and escalate as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; document clearly in the EMR; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Communicate with patients’ families, coordinate with ancillary services, and facilitate smooth transitions of care
- Maintain infection control and standard precautions; demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced ER environment
Requirements
- Active RN license required in New Hampshire or a Compact state at the time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Licensure verification: Nursys required for all active RN licenses
- Education: valid RN education from an accredited program
- Experience: ER experience preferred; pediatric experience encouraged; willingness to learn and be trained if pediatric exposure is limited
- EMR experience: Cerner experience preferred but not required
- RTO: RTO must be included at submission; cannot approve 4th of July weekend RTO
- Ability to work in a high-acuity hospital ER setting and participate in a 12-hour shift schedule
