Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop treatment plans for pediatric through geriatric patients in an outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient and SNF coverage.
- Implement post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation (hip, knee, shoulder, spine) and manage spine/low-back and cervical conditions; provide gait and mobility training.
- Deliver neuro-rehabilitation for stroke/post-stroke, TBI, MS, and Parkinson’s disease; perform functional training and caregiver education.
- Design and adjust home exercise programs; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and adherence.
- Document care in the charting system and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Epic charting is expected as part of compliance and workflow integration.

Requirements
- Alaska PT license or eligibility; pending state license accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the assignment location
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted
- Outpatient-focused practice with exposure to inpatient and SNF settings; ability to work across settings
- Epic charting experience expected
- Vaccinations: Hepatitis B vaccination required (facility accepts only Hep B; no titers or declinations accepted); COVID-19 vaccine not required
