This role places you at the forefront of patient care, blending advanced infusion therapies with the freedom to explore diverse clinical settings. Imagine guiding patients through complex infusion regimens, monitoring responses, adjusting plans in collaboration with physicians, and educating families with clarity and compassion. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values clinical excellence, empathy, and the tangible impact you bring to every patient’s healing journey. And while you deliver extraordinary care, you’ll also have the chance to appreciate California’s remarkable charm—big-sky skies, rolling foothills, and outdoor retreats—from the nearby Bidwell Park trails to serene lakes and scenic drives that invite downtime after shift.

Location Benefits: Chico sits in a welcoming Northern California community that pairs a small-town feel with big-time opportunities for outdoor recreation, culture, and easy access to larger hubs. You’ll enjoy a warm climate, safe neighborhoods, a thriving local food scene, and activities ranging from hiking and biking in scenic natural spaces to exploring museums and concerts in town. For travel-minded professionals, this assignment also opens opportunities to work in various locations across the United States, offering exposure to different patient populations, healthcare systems, and scheduling rhythms while preserving a steady 40-hour workweek. You’ll collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans, document care precisely, and educate patients and families about procedures, expectations, and self-care after discharge. This assignment offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth within the infusion specialty, including exposure to oncology-supportive care, biologics, chemo-infusions, hydration protocols, and autoimmune therapy regimens. You’ll have a clear path to expand your skill set, pursue specialty certifications, and potentially assume advanced roles such as preceptor or lead traveler on extensions or future assignments.

The position includes competitive benefits designed to recognize your expertise and dedication. You’ll receive weekly pay in the range of $2,780-$2,978, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. A bonus is available to recognize your commitment and performance, and housing assistance helps ease the transition to travel life.
