Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job
Position: Radiology Tech with CT specialization – travel assignment in a surgical setting, located in Tuba City, Arizona. Start date: 06/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,680 to $2,827. Shift: 4x10 nights (Mon–Thu, 8:00pm–6:00am). The role focuses on the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and CT imaging for inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging and general radiology procedures for inpatients and outpatients per physician orders
- Operate CT and radiology equipment, ensuring image quality and patient safety
- Properly position patients, explain procedures, monitor for comfort and safety during scanning
- Apply radiation safety principles, use shielding and immobilization devices as needed
- Review orders, select appropriate CT protocols, and transfer images via teleradiology or fax when required
- Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and comply with HIPAA and facility policies
Requirements
- Current Arizona State License in Radiology (R)
- ARRT Certification in Radiology with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT(R)(CT))
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Completion of an AMA-approved radiology education program
- At least 3 years of CT radiology experience
- Ability to operate CT and radiology systems in a surgical center environment and participate in a nights schedule
