HI-LTC / LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care. Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,370–$1,400 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under supervision for adult patients in a hospital setting, focusing on long-term care needs.
- Monitor patient status, document assessments, vitals, and changes in condition in the medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as allowed by state regulation and facility policy; coordinate with the care team for plan adjustments.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, patient comfort, and safety; support infection control and comfort measures.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other disciplines; communicate changes promptly and participate in handoff briefings.
- Uphold patient rights, privacy, and safety standards; participate in ongoing quality and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii LPN license prior to start of contract
- Ability to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attentive to detail in charting and coordination
- Prior hospital or long-term care experience preferred
