Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies on patients per protocol using Toshiba CT equipment
- Position patients, administer contrast as required, and ensure safety and comfort
- Verify patient identity, review orders, and document procedures; process and transfer images for radiologist interpretation
- Maintain radiation safety practices and monitor dose to patients and staff
- Collaborate with the radiology team and referring clinicians; adhere to professional standards and institutional policies
- Adhere to ARRT CT guidelines and regulatory requirements; uphold patient privacy and dignity
Requirements
- Active ARRT CT certification
- ARRT CT certification and BLS (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years CT experience and X-ray experience
- Toshiba CT experience
- Ability to work afternoon shifts with rotating weekends as described in scheduling notes
