Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date May 1, 2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $741 to $800 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12.5 hours) on a 3x12 schedule within a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
- Monitor residents’ conditions; promptly report changes to the clinical team
- Document care provided and track resident progress in the medical record
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other disciplines to coordinate effective care
- Maintain safety, infection control, and resident privacy standards
Requirements
- Local candidates only
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to follow facility policies and procedures
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment checks and comply with general travel-licensure requirements
