Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Concord, NH starting 05/11/2026 for a 13-week term, with a weekly pay range of 2,256 to 2,383 USD and 36 guaranteed hours each week. Shift pattern is 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a 12x3 schedule in an acute-care hospital setting. This temporary travel assignment is offered through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. For submission, NH or Compact RN licensure is required, with license verification and current BLS and ACLS certifications; CVICU experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct ICU nursing care to critically ill patients, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and intervention for hemodynamic instability and organ support.
- Administer medications and manage complex therapies and equipment (e.g., balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, ICP management, Arctic Sun or TTM, alaris pumps, rapid infuser) as appropriate to patient condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans; participate in rounds and handoffs; document care in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred).
- Ensure patient and family education, safety, and adherence to infection control and hospital policies; respond to emergencies and escalate as needed.
- Maintain competency across units as assigned; may float to ED, Stepdown, and Med-Surg per unit needs; may include Behavioral Health as part of floating.
- Complete required documentation, follow RTO and credentialing guidelines, and communicate with charge nurse/manager for seamless shift transitions.
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission; license verification required.
- ICU experience: 2–3 years minimum; CVICU experience strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required; TNCC, PALS, CCRN preferred.
- Education/experience: Up-to-date resume including 2–3 years ICU experience.
- Travel eligibility: Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered.
- References: 2 recent specialty Charge/Manager RN references; RTO must be included at submission.
