- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated resident care.
Requirements
- Availability to work 19:00–07:30 night shifts on a 3x12 schedule.
- Experience in or familiarity with long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
