Licensed Practical Nurse — Long-Term Care in Gallup, New Mexico, United States. Start date: May 1, 2026. This is a travel, temporary assignment lasting 5 weeks with guaranteed hours. Weekly pay range: $1,216 per week to $1,241 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: skilled nursing facility with a focus on long-term care needs.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with plan of care.
- Monitor residents’ condition, perform regular assessments, document findings, and report changes promptly.
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living and routine nursing tasks.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure privacy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and patient safety standards are followed during all care activities.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (in the applicable state).
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour coverage needs.
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential nursing duties in a long-term care setting.
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to meet onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
