Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures according to physician orders, using proper patient positioning and protection measures.
- Operate imaging equipment, optimize image quality, and verify correct exam views and patient identifiers.
- Collaborate with radiologists during imaging studies and assist with procedures requiring X-ray guidance.
- Maintain strict safety protocols for radiation protection, infection control, and patient privacy; document and file results in the electronic health record.
- Prepare the imaging suite, manage supplies, and ensure equipment quality, calibration, and routine maintenance as assigned.
- Participate in on-call coverage and after-hours imaging needs consistent with the rotating shift schedule.

Requirements
- Current California license as a Radiologic Technologist (or eligibility to obtain) per state regulations
- ARRT Certification in Radiography preferred
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
- Experience in a hospital radiology department or clinical radiography setting preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital environment, follow safety protocols, and participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties
