Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 04/08/2026. Duration: 6 weeks. Weekly pay: $699–$734 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision and in collaboration with the nursing team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders; document administration accurately.
- Monitor resident status, respond to changes, and communicate findings to supervising RN and attending physicians.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, supporting residents’ comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and handoffs; participate in rounds and interdisciplinary team communication.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and standards of quality care in daily operations.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (New Mexico) or current eligibility to practice as an LPN
- Ability to work 3 x 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass standard background check and pre-employment screening
