This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting requiring an active PT license in NH or a Compact license, with the option to obtain a temporary license if needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations and document findings in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards.
- Advocate for and participate in developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members; ensure appropriate coverage across the patient care area.
- Verify and review all provider orders and integrate pertinent medical information including lab values and vital signs into clinical decision making.
- Consider the impact of chronic illness on individuals and address age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational factors in care planning.
- Demonstrate clinical competence in administering formal standardized tests, scales, and tools; apply objective measures to guide treatment and progress.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient-focused treatment plans and goals; contribute to discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or a Compact license (or willingness to obtain a temporary license).
- Experience: Experienced Physical Therapist (as described in job notes).
- Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program; eligibility for NH or Compact licensure.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with demonstrated clinical communication and documentation skills.
