Registered Nurse – ER, Los Angeles, California. Travel assignment starting 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,887–$1,975 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days. Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or an assigned group of patients in a home hospice setting according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate care with the broader clinical team and other disciplines; communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff and aides as assigned; delegate tasks within scope of practice.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to protect patient well-being and maintain quality of care.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license (in good standing)
- ER nursing experience preferred or prior emergency care exposure
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3-day-per-week schedule
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a home healthcare–hospice environment and adapt to varying patient needs
- Willingness to travel for assignment and meet onboarding requirements
