Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of an RN, including assessment and monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in resident records.
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and report findings promptly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Respond to emergencies, apply basic nursing interventions, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and follow infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Availability for night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment lasting approximately 8 weeks.
- Ability to work effectively within a skilled nursing facility environment and team-based care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate resident care.
- Capability to complete credentialing or onboarding steps required for assignment.
