Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making
- Provide care through telehealth modalities as part of care delivery and care coordination
- Document patient status and respond to changes in condition following agency and professional standards
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (three nights per week)
- Experience or comfort delivering care within a telehealth/telemedicine nursing environment
- Ability to function effectively in an inpatient acute-care setting and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment lasting approximately 13 weeks, starting 11/16/2026
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and written/oral communication skills
