Responsibilities
- Perform, assist with, and complete Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations.
- Conduct active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using advanced equipment.
- Operate radiography equipment to produce digital images as ordered by physicians.
- Position and instruct patients for examinations; perform specialized imaging studies.
- Deliver clinical care with strong technical and organizational skills, employing critical thinking.
- Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; provide input into hiring and promotion decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with cardiac and vascular radiographic imaging and interventional procedures.
- Proficiency in producing digital radiographs and operating cardiovascular lab equipment.
- Ability to position patients accurately and communicate exam requirements clearly.
- Strong technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of mentoring staff and contributing to team development.
