Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes in resident status
- Provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living and routine nursing tasks during night shifts
- Update care plans and communicate resident status to RNs and physicians
- Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, individualized care and adherence to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work night shift (18:00–06:30) and 3x12 schedule
- Local to Santa Fe, NM (LOCAL ONLY)
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
