LPN | Licensed Practical Nurse — Newport, Vermont. This is a travel - temporary assignment starting 04/01/2026 for 12 weeks in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a weekly pay range of $946 to $987. Shifts are three 12-hour day shifts per week, typically 07:00–19:30. Local candidates only; relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with routine treatments per the plan of care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; support safety and comfort
- Update care plans and communicate changes to the licensed nurse and interdisciplinary team
- Perform basic wound care, routine procedures, and specimen collection as directed
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont or eligibility for Vermont licensure
- Local candidates only; no relocation required
- Ability to work three 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30), with guaranteed 36 hours/week
- Completion of an approved LPN program
- CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, with solid foundational patient-care skills
