Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care setting based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts 05/21/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,435 to $1,506. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 nights. Setting: long-term care facility environment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Provide routine bedside care, assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, and mobility; promote safety and comfort.
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record; communicate findings and care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to support individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain infection control practices, chart progress, and respond to changes in resident status with appropriate interventions.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state-specific licensure as required)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment
- US work authorization and eligibility for a travel healthcare assignment
