Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico. This travel assignment begins 06/01/2026 and runs for 17 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $902 to $919 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are 3x12-hour day shifts. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This is a temporary travel assignment managed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders; document administration in the patient record.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and record vital signs; report significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and basic wound care under scope of practice.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team to implement and update individualized care plans; educate patients and families as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation; ensure documentation complies with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Apply infection control protocols, care standards, and safety procedures in every shift; support a calm, patient-centered care environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or current eligibility to practice as an LPN in NM)
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and to manage the physical demands of direct patient care
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States; travel assignment for a 17-week period
