Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) under supervision (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Support mobility and transfers using safe body mechanics and appropriate equipment
- Monitor residents’ condition and report vital signs and concerns to the licensed nurse
- Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and turning/repositioning as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; support infection control and safety practices
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire CNA certification/licensure
- Ability to work the 07:00–15:30 shift in a long-term care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior CNA or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and punctual
