Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care under supervision, supporting daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using safe body mechanics; monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising clinician.
- Perform routine tasks including meal assistance, basic hygiene, and position changes to promote comfort and safety.
- Observe infection prevention and safety practices; document care provided and vital signs as directed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly patient environment; respond promptly to call lights and patient needs.
- Communicate clearly with the care team to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active CNA license in New Hampshire
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Ability to work an evening shift and every other weekend as required by the assignment
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting with appropriate supervision
- Willingness to comply with travel assignment requirements and scheduling needs
