Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independence to prioritize and adjust care as needed.
- Document care activities accurately, maintain patient safety, and support quality outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control practices, patient privacy regulations, and facility policies.
Requirements
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 13 weeks beginning 10/19/2026.
- Ability to perform duties in an inpatient med-surg setting and to work nights (12-hour shifts).
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Eligible to work in the United States and to meet onboarding/credentialing requirements for travel assignments.
- Commitment to maintaining professional practice standards and passing facility onboarding and background checks as required.
