Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Start date 04/14/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay range: $695-$709 per week. Shift: Evening, full-time with 7.5-hour shifts; every other weekend and holidays required. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This travel role is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care to meet ADLs as outlined in the plan of care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence/catheter care, elimination, turning/positioning, and skin care; document per protocol.
- Maintain the resident environment and safety per plan of care; respond to call lights and alarms promptly; monitor equipment and ensure unit cleanliness; document activities per protocol.
- Support nutritional needs per plan of care, including meal delivery, tray preparation, adaptive equipment, feeding, and nourishments; honor resident preferences; document per protocol.
- Assist with rehabilitative/restorative tasks such as range of motion, ambulation, transfers, proper body alignment, and use of assistive devices; document per protocol.
- Uphold residents’ rights, report refusals and concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervising Nurse in a timely manner; communicate changes in physical, emotional, or psychosocial status promptly.
- Adhere to infection prevention practices and bloodborne pathogen safety; observe for signs of infection or complications; use personal protective equipment as required; document as required.
Requirements
- Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association or Rapid Response Training (RQI) only)
- One year of previous long-term care (LTC) experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work evening shifts and to participate in a travel assignment as described
- Eligible to fulfill the duties in a skilled nursing facility setting
