- Perform basic wound care and dressing changes; support skin integrity and incontinence care as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system; communicate with the interdisciplinary team and families as appropriate
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work evenings; local candidates preferred
- Ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings
