Travel Registered Nurse OR Job
Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Travel assignment in Bad Axe, MI. Start date: 07/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,147–$2,196 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 5x8 days. Work setting: hospital operating room. This assignment requires circulating OR experience and collaboration with the surgical team to uphold standards of professional nursing practice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality perioperative nursing care using the nursing process in the OR
- Circulate for surgical cases, particularly Ortho, OB-GYN, and General procedures
- Support Urology and Ophthalmic cases as a preferred area
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to maintain patient safety and standards of practice
- Ensure adherence to policy, mission, and regulatory guidelines; maintain sterile technique and accurate counts of instruments
- Document perioperative care accurately and timely in patient records
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS certification
- OR circulating experience required
- OR case experience in Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General procedures; Urology and Ophthalmic preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment and participate in on-call requirements
