- Lead and supervise therapy sessions, assist with activities of daily living training, and coordinate therapeutic activities with the care team.
- Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in the patient record.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social work, and other disciplines to ensure holistic resident care.
- Monitor safety, compliance with regulatory standards, and infection control practices during therapy.
Requirements
- Availability to work the stated shift and weekly hours for the duration of the assignment
- Ability to provide occupational therapy services in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills for interdisciplinary care
- Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment
