- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings in the chart
- Implement and adjust individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide comprehensive night-time nursing care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and timely response to changes in condition
- Support care transitions, prepare patients for procedures or discharge, and communicate with physicians, families, and other caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation, participate in rounds, and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to practice in the United States
- Experience in a nursing or long-term care setting is preferred
- Ability to work the night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and adapt to multiple patient needs
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and meet assignment requirements
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team and to prioritize patient safety
