Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist – Radiology (CT Tech) in Westwood, New Jersey. This travel assignment begins April 20, 2026 and runs for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,067 to $2,159, with no guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x8 Evenings. Setting: hospital-based radiology support as a CT specialist, serving a broad patient population from pediatrics through geriatrics in a dynamic acute care environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies using Siemens GoTop (ER) and Somatom Definition (main) scanners, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
- Manage contrast media preparation and administration; monitor patient safety and radiation safety protocols.
- Execute a range of protocols including CT angiography, brain perfusion, trauma head/chest/abdomen imaging, CT enterography, IVP, and chest/abdomen/pelvis imaging with/without contrast.
- Generate and interpret 3D renderings, MPR, and ROI measurements; use PACS for image storage and communication.
- Position patients accurately; establish and maintain peripheral IV access; support image-guided procedures (biopsies, aspirations, drainages) as needed.
- Chart procedures and patient data in Epic; collaborate with radiology team and ED/outpatient imaging colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification; BLS required
- Travel CT experience required; 3–5 years preferred (5 years commonly listed in internal references)
- Previous charge experience preferred; community hospital experience preferred
- Epic charting experience required; ability to work in a fast-paced Radiology setting
- Active CT license as required by state licensing; ability to work in Westwood, NJ
- Travel assignment; locals within 50 miles are not accepted
- Shift availability for evenings; ability to work in a hospital Radiology department with a broad age range of patients
