Radiology Technologist needed for a travel assignment in Cambridge, MA. This Radiology Tech role supports diagnostic imaging across inpatient and outpatient services, including OR imaging (C-arm), fluoroscopy, and portable radiography. The assignment starts 05/04/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule that may include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and weekends. Weekly pay ranges from $2,523 to $2,637 per week. The position is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, with clinical duties in a medical facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging procedures for all age groups, including inpatient, outpatient, orthopedics, OR imaging (C-arm), fluoroscopy, and portable radiography.
- Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment from multiple vendors; ensure optimal image quality while adhering to ALARA principles.
- Position patients, provide clear explanations, and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and other staff; document findings and procedures in the EPIC EMR with accurate labeling and patient information.
- Maintain radiation safety practices, shielding, and infection control; participate in quality and safety initiatives.
- Be adaptable to varied work sites within the assignment, maintain professional communication, and support team workflow, including weekend coverage.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts radiologic technologist license required.
- ARRT certification required at time of submittal.
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience in a specialty setting.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends; ability to float to other sites as needed (not more than one site per day).
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
- EMR experience preferred, specifically EPIC.
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics.
- Cannot have previously worked permanent staff at any Cambridge facility.
