Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing PT evaluations to determine patient needs and goals.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities appropriate to the patient’s condition.
- Monitor patient response to intervention, document progress, and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient records; ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education; participate in quality improvement processes when applicable.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; licensure in the state of practice (California) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; 2 years’ experience preferred.
- Must have worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months; outpatient PT experience strongly preferred.
- Active PT license in California or eligibility to practice in California.
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting and follow established protocols.
- Profile submission requires RTO (time off), birthdate, and Social Security number.
