Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (Radiology) travel assignment in Geneva, New York. Start date 05/25/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,992 to $2,113 per week. Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed. Shift: 3x12s on a Fri–Sun schedule with holidays; 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. work pattern. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT and radiographic studies as requested, including brain, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, spine, facial, and extremities; may include IV contrast as indicated
- Operate CT and portable radiographic equipment; ensure accurate positioning and evaluate image quality against procedure guidelines
- Maintain infection control and universal precautions; adhere to radiation safety practices (collimation, shielding, appropriate techniques)
- Communicate instructions clearly to patients to reduce anxiety and facilitate cooperation during imaging procedures
- Maintain competency across two modalities and demonstrate proficiency with RIS and PACS for exam entry, data capture, and charges
- Be flexible to assume emergency call on weekdays, weekends, and holidays in addition to routine hours
- Provide care to a broad patient range from infant to geriatric and collaborate with the care team to support patient needs
Requirements
- Active NYS license for Radiologic Technologist and ARRT certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience or radiologic technologist experience; OR C-Arm experience
- Demonstrated competency in CT and radiographic procedures, including image processing and quality assurance
- Proficiency with RIS and PACS systems
- Ability to work in a Short Term Acute Care setting and care for patients across the age spectrum
