Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology is needed for a travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Rochester, New York. The role lives in the Interventional / Special Procedures unit with a focus on stroke center work. Start date is 05/11/2026 for a duration measured in weeks, with a 3x12 night shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,347 to $2,516, and hours are not guaranteed. This assignment requires EPIC charting and experience with CT imaging, with preference for those familiar with Philips equipment and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities
- Perform cross-sectional CT imaging (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis) with and without contrast
- Prepare and administer contrast media; operate a Medrad injector; establish and maintain peripheral IV access
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate PACS submission; verify protocol and patient safety
- Support interventional procedures (drains, biopsies) as needed and assist the radiology team during interventions
- Coordinate care with the radiologists, nursing staff, and other team members; participate in stroke center protocols
- Float to related radiology areas as required; maintain documentation in the EPIC charting system; respond to on-call needs
Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS
- NY state license active in hand to submit
- Minimum 1 year CT experience; preferred experience with Philips equipment and interventional procedures
- Community hospital experience required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work nights and be available for on-call two weekends per month
