Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily living assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics; support fall prevention and safe ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs, to the supervising nurse in a timely manner.
- Perform basic nursing tasks under supervision, maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment.
- Adhere to infection control practices, privacy standards, and safety protocols; document care accurately and legibly.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team to support quality, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/authorization to practice in the applicable state (Montana preferred for the assignment)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotate on a 3-on/3-off schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document care accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive activities (lifting, bending, standing) and assist with resident mobility
- Compliance with health screening, vaccination, and background check requirements as part of the assignment process
