Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patient status, monitor vital signs and clinical conditions, and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered, including invasive or complex treatments per protocol
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; provide guidance and education as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, communicate patient status, and ensure safe transitions
- Document care activities, outcomes, and patient progress accurately and timely

Requirements
- Current, active RN license in the United States with eligibility to practice in Oregon (state-specific licensure as required)
- ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity setting
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to the assignment location for the duration of the contract
