Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in a hospital setting, located in Plymouth, MA. Start date: 10/05/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,612 to $2,703. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult medical-surgical telemetry patients during 12-hour night shifts, including assessments, planning, and documentation.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and promptly respond to dysrhythmias and evolving patient conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, ensuring safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate changes, and support discharge planning.
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed, maintaining high standards of care and patient safety across assignments.
- Complete onboarding requirements, including pass/fail ECG/Telemetry and medications assessments, and maintain current ACLS/BLS certifications.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
- Ability to float to other MS Tele floors and overflow units as needed.
- Successfully complete onboarding assessments (ECG/Telemetry and Medications) with the required passing criteria; 85% threshold with a single attempt.
