Registered Nurse - ER, travel assignment in Aberdeen, WA, United States. Start date 07/06/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay $2,218–$2,332 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ED patients, including initial assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prepare/assist with procedures as needed
- Respond to emergencies, participate in resuscitation and life-support activities
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic record; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and safety
- Coordinate patient flow, discharge planning, and communication with families when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of departmental policies; adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Utilize teamwork and effective communication to support unit operations and patient safety
Requirements
- Current Washington State RN license or multi-state license with verification of demographics from Nursys; approved 6-hour suicide training
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Emergency Department experience; strong team player with ability to work in a high-volume setting
- 12-hour night shift availability; ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract; ability to pick up extra shifts
- Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required
