Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform routine nursing duties under supervision of a registered nurse
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain strong patient-centered care
- Record care provided and ensure accurate charting, with clear handoffs to the next shift
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and resident safety
- Respond to call bells, monitor for safety risks, and uphold infection control practices
Requirements
- Active practical nursing license (state-appropriate) or eligibility to practice as an LPN
- Ability to work overnight 3x12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
- Completion of required pre-employment credentialing and onboarding
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
