Role specifics and benefits: As an Inpatient RN, you’ll perform thorough patient assessments, implement and adjust care plans, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor vitals and telemetry as indicated, and provide specialized wound and ostomy care when needed. You’ll coordinate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and family members to optimize pain control, infection prevention, mobility, and discharge readiness.
