Registered Nurse - ER travel assignment in Dundee, Kansas, United States. Start date September 20, 2026 for a 13-week contract. Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid assessement and triage of incoming patients in the ER
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and IV therapy as ordered
- Perform nursing duties within ER scope, including wound care and procedural support
- Document assessments, interventions, and care plans in the electronic medical record; communicate with the care team
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff; support discharge planning and patient education
- Float to units within scope of practice as needed to support patient flow
Requirements
- Active RN license in Kansas
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC
- Minimum 1 year ER experience; travel experience required
- Ability to work in a high-volume ER setting and float to units within scope
- Weekend requirements: required with schedule rotation
- New graduates not accepted
