CT Technologist – Radiology role in Lamar, Colorado. Start date 05/25/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital with critical access designation. Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray examinations using appropriate technical factors.
- Produce radiographs and evaluate each image for proper exposure and positioning; adjust as needed.
- Schedule exams, instruct patients on preparations, and set up/organize rooms for radiographic procedures.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort; communicate with physicians and radiology team for optimal care.
- Ensure equipment safety, perform basic troubleshooting, and document procedures and patient data.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate with ARRT Registry
- Certification/Licensure: ARRT Registry (Radiography); CT imaging certification as required by the position notes
- Experience: Not specified in job notes
- Physical demands: Ability to lift/move patients and equipment; manual dexterity; good vision and hearing; capable of working in a dynamic clinical environment
- Work setting readiness: Ability to work night shifts and a weekend schedule
